Who processes your data

What data we collect
Only what you give us in the website forms: name, email address, country, service of interest and your message. In a consultation request, also the area, length, format and time you choose. For the newsletter, your email address, your name if you give it and the topics you select.
The website does not ask for or store payment details.
What we use it for
To reply to your message, arrange the session you request and, if you subscribe, send you the newsletter. We do not sell your data or pass it to third parties for commercial purposes.
Recording of consultation sessions
We only record a session if you agree before it starts. The recording and its transcript are processed with a specialist tool and used solely to draft your written report, which the professional reviews and signs. Without your consent, the session is not recorded.
How long we keep it
For as long as our relationship lasts and, after that, for as long as the legal and professional obligations that apply to us require. Newsletter data is kept until you unsubscribe.
Service providers involved
We use web hosting and email providers and, for consultations, a video-conferencing tool and a transcription tool. They only access the data they need to provide their service.
The Markets and Exchange rates pages show quotes from TradingView. When those blocks load, your browser connects to TradingView’s servers, which apply their own privacy policy and may set their own cookies.
Your rights
You can ask us at any time to tell you what data we hold about you, to correct it or to delete it, and you can unsubscribe from the newsletter, by writing to agescon@agescon.com.py.
